Tai Chi (Adults) Program

The Tai Chi program is based on an 8-tier sash system. All students start with the white sash form - 8 Style Tai Chi - and progressively learn longer and more difficult forms as they ascend the ranks and grow in skill level. At the highest level, students practice Chen Style Tai Chi and Tai Chi Push Hands. Tai Chi classes help students develop their skill and technique while simultaneously increasing their physical and mental health.
